Alaska Real Estate Market Update as of May 18th to May 24th 2019

Here's Alaska real estate market update as of May 18th 2019 to May 24th 2019. Still, on the top of our list is the  Anchorage market . During this week, 546 are currently active listings where 64 of which are new listings. 55 listings were pended and 47 were sold. Next is  Wasilla market , 406 are active where 38 are of which are new, 37 pended and 23 were sold. Compared to the  previous market update,   there’s an increase with the sold listings while all other numbers remained almost the same both market. Here's Alaska real estate market update as of May 4th 2019 to May 10 th 2019. Still, on the top of our list is the  Anchorage market . During this week, 542 are currently active listings where 79 of which are new listings. 59 listings were pended and 24 were sold. Next is  Wasilla market , 388 are active where 36 are of which are new, 22 pended and 28 were sold. Compared to the  previous market update,   there’s an increase with the active listings while all other numbers remained almost the same both market.
