Here's Alaska real estate market update as of May 4th 2019 to May 10th 2019.
Still, on the top of our list is the Anchorage market. During this week, 542 are currently active listings where 79 of which are new listings. 59 listings were pended and 24 were sold.
Next is Wasilla market, 388 are active where 36 are of which are new, 22 pended and 28 were sold.
Compared to the previous market update,  there’s an increase with the active listings while all other numbers remained almost the same both market.
