A DIY Fix For Scratched Hardwood Floors

Hardwood floors are highly desirable for most homeowners, but they come with their share of challenges when it comes to cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. After a few months or years of heavy use from kids playing with toys and chairs being shuffled around, it may be time for some DIY fixes. Hiding scratches: If you’ve got a good eye for matching colors, you can actually use crayons or markers or purchase wax sticks from the hardware store to fill-in scratches. Polishing floors: You can make a polish solution for your floors from household ingredients. Mix olive oil and vinegar in equal parts, pour it directly into scratches, and then wipe it off after 24 hours. Here's Alaska real estate market update as of June 15th to 21st 2019. Still, on the top of our list is the  Anchorage market . During this week, 578 are currently active listings where 60 of which are new listings. 59 listings were pended and 58 were sold. Next is  Wasilla market , 451 are active where 50 are of which are new, 35 pended and 29 were sold. Compared to the previous market update,   most numbers remained the same for both Anchorage and Wasilla market. There is just a slight increase with the sold in Anchorage. Here's Alaska real estate market update as of June 8th to 14th 2019. Still, on the top of our list is the  Anchorage market . During this week, 566 are currently active listings where 64 of which are new listings. 69 listings were pended and 39 were sold. Next is  Wasilla market , 445 are active where 50 are of which are new, 33 pended and 31 were sold. Compared to the  previous market update,   there’s an increase with the active and pended and sold listings and a slight decrease for the new listings in Anchorage Market. For Wasilla, all numbers of the new, pended and sold listings increased. Here's Alaska real estate market update as of May 25th to May 31st 2019. Still, on the top of our list is the  Anchorage market . During this week, 561 are currently active listings where 80 of which are new listings. 52 listings were pended and 33 were sold. Next is  Wasilla market , 411 are active where 32 are of which are new, 20 pended and 16 were sold. Compared to the  previous market update,   there’s an increase with the active and new listings, number of pended remained the same and there is a slight decrease for the sold in Anchorage Market. For Wasilla, actives and new listings remained almost the same while there is a slight decrease with the pended and sold.
