Alaska Real Estate Market Update as of June 8th to 14th 2019


Here's Alaska real estate market update as of June 8th to 14th 2019.

Still, on the top of our list is the Anchorage market. During this week, 566 are currently active listings where 64 of which are new listings. 69 listings were pended and 39 were sold.

Next is Wasilla market, 445 are active where 50 are of which are new, 33 pended and 31 were sold.

Compared to the previous market update,  there’s an increase with the active and pended and sold listings and a slight decrease for the new listings in Anchorage Market. For Wasilla, all numbers of the new, pended and sold listings increased.
