Here's Alaska real estate market update of October 5th to 11th, 2019.
Still, on the top of our list is the Anchorage market. During this week, 626 are currently active listings where 43 of which are new listings. 46 listings were pending and 25 were sold.
Next is Wasilla market, 382 are active where 24 are of which are new, 27 pending and 14 were sold.
