Here's Alaska real estate market update of October 19th to 25th, 2019.
Still, on the top of our list is the Anchorage market. During this week, 591 are currently active listings where 33 of which are new listings. 46 listings were pending and 34 were sold.
Next is Wasilla market, 377 are active where 26 are of which are new, 23 pending and 18 were sold.
