Here's Alaska real estate market update of September 28th to October 4th, 2019.
Still, on the top of our list is the Anchorage market. During this week, 630 are currently active listings where 49 of which are new listings. 47 listings were pending and 47 were sold.
Next is Wasilla market, 387 are active where 29 are of which are new, 22 pending and 29 were sold.
