Here's Alaska real estate market update for April 4th-10th, 2020.
On the top of our list is the Anchorage market. During this week, 385 are currently active listings where 41 of which are new listings. 42 listings were pending and 23 were sold.
Next is Wasilla market, 296 are active where 29 are of which are new, 21 pending and 17 were sold.
